We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and brought in with the original invoice, diamond certificate, and a valid government ID. Once you initiate the return, our team will physically verify the item, checking weight, hallmark, and diamond 4C's against the original invoice, followed by mandatory manager authorization. You can choose to exchange the item (valued at the prevailing gold rate), receive a bank refund within 10–15 working days, or take a store credit note for a future purchase. Please note that custom-made, altered, engraved, or personalized pieces are not eligible for return, and a charge of ₹500 per carat applies if the diamond certificate is lost.

To initiate an exchange or buyback, customers must present the original purchase invoice and, where applicable, the diamond grading certificate. Every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and verified for authenticity, condition, weight, hallmarking, and certification.

The final buyback or exchange value is determined after this evaluation. It is based on the prevailing gold and diamond market rates, along with applicable policy deductions and the current condition of the jewellery.
