At Cosmos Diamonds, we want your experience to be seamless from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Below you'll find our estimated delivery timelines and everything you need to know about tracking your jewellery.

Standard Shipping

Standard orders are delivered within 7–12 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability in your area.

Express Shipping

For customers who'd like their jewellery sooner, Express Shipping is available on eligible orders and locations. Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 working days
  • Mini Metro Cities: 4–5 working days
  • Serviceable Driveaway Locations: 6–7 working days
  • Remote / Out-of-Delivery-Area (ODA) Locations: 6–7 working days

Express Shipping is subject to product availability, location serviceability, and courier availability. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Made-to-Order Jewellery

Each made-to-order piece is crafted especially for you, so it requires a little extra time. Your order will be delivered within 25 working days of the design and price being finalized and confirmed.

Customized Jewellery

Customized pieces involve varying degrees of craftsmanship depending on the complexity of your request. We'll share your estimated delivery timeline with you at the time of order confirmation.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you the shipping and tracking details so you can follow its journey right to your door.

While we do everything we can to meet our estimated timelines, delivery dates may occasionally shift due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Weekends and public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote or difficult-to-service locations
